Star student

This weekend Ryan came home from school with the star student bag. It had a blue monkey in the bag along with a poster that the kids are to fill out. Part of the assignment is that over the weekend the child is to do an activity with the monkey and write a little bit about it in the class journal. Or the parent writes what the child said.

So some of the star student poster questions got some unexpected responses from Ryan, others well weren't all that surprising. The top of the poster has a spot for his name, how old he is what his favorite color is (blue) what his favorite animal is (a cheetah currently) and his favorite food (mac and cheese! yummy!). There's a spot for a picture of him and one of his family. Then a spot for his favorite place (he said Disneyland). A spot for what he wants to be when he grows up (A zoo keeper). A spot for his favorite thing to do, which is play with Legos. And the parents and teachers favorite response to "if I had one wish, I'd wish for..." he said -every day was a school day.

Ryan's activity with the monkey was to play cars with it and have a race. He then drew a picture of the monkey to put in the class journal.
